Estimates and agreements
This website describes the studio’s services. Price and timing ranges are indicative. Scope, contracting provider, fees, payment terms and dates are defined in a separate agreement. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to purchasing services.
Milestones and changes
We agree inputs, access and acceptance criteria before work starts. Scope additions are quoted separately. Timelines also depend on the client supplying materials and decisions when agreed.
Rights and confidentiality
Code, documentation and intellectual property handover are defined in the agreement. Third-party tools remain subject to their licences. NDAs and white-label arrangements are agreed before work begins.
Support
Warranty fixes and further development have separate terms. Support scope, hours and response times are agreed separately. Round-the-clock support is not included by default.
