Who handles enquiries
Ouroboros studio, Tbilisi, Georgia. For data questions and deletion requests, email hello@ouroboros.tech. The contracting provider’s details are specified in each project agreement.
Information you provide
Your name, company, email, service, budget, timeline and project description. We use these to respond, clarify your request and prepare a proposal. Please do not include passwords, payment details or personal information about other people.
Storage and processing
Enquiries are stored in Supabase. The website server processes requests and IP addresses to protect the form against repeated submissions. Data is available to the team handling your enquiry and the technical providers needed to operate the website. Processing may take place outside your country.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrica load after you allow analytics. They receive page, device and interaction information. Session recording is disabled. Form field contents are not sent in analytics events. With permission, UTM parameters are kept in the current tab for up to 30 minutes and may be saved with your enquiry.
Changing your choice
Your analytics preference is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. Change it using “Analytics settings” in the footer. Declining does not affect the website or enquiry form. Withdrawing stops further collection; contact us to request deletion of previously collected data.
Your requests
For access, corrections, deletion or withdrawal of consent, email hello@ouroboros.tech. Enquiries do not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. Ask the team about retention of your enquiry; deletion may be subject to obligations under an existing contract or applicable law.
