For repetitive conversations: collecting information, checking a request or answering common questions. We build Telegram bots and assess other channels against their APIs and restrictions.

What you receive

A working bot, integration and team guide. We define automatic actions, human handover and what happens if the CRM is unavailable. AI features are included only when agreed in the scope.
